The first 250 facilities lock in $499/month forever — no rate increases as long as the subscription stays active. After the lock-in window closes, new subscribers will be priced at standard tier rates. Early adopters keep their rate either way. Standard tier pricing will be published before the window closes so no one's caught off guard.

Yes. We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every subscriber and with our infrastructure providers. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Yes. TOM handles patient information as part of normal pharmacy operations — order entry, case dispensing, incident reports, audit trails. PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit. TOM is HIPAA-compliant, signs a BAA at account creation, and your facility retains data ownership.

Yes. Cancel through your account settings or email jon@tompharmacy.com. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

30 days. A payment method is required at signup but you won't be charged until day 31.
