Yes. TOM Analytics is market intelligence for finding and tracking facilities. TOM Compliance is in-clinic software for running visits and generating reports. You can use either or both.
Who pays for TOM Compliance — me or the facility?
Plans are billed per facility. Many consultants pass this through as part of their consulting services. The facility gets the compliance platform; you get structured data and automated reports.
Is there a contract?
No. Both products are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
Does TOM Analytics have a free plan?
Yes. The free tier gives you a national market overview, state-level facility counts, and the top 5 consultants per state. Upgrade when you want metro-level detail and pipeline tools.
Does TOM Compliance work offline?
Yes. It's a Progressive Web App. Staff can log entries without internet. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
Is the data secure?
Yes. Both products are built on Supabase (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL), hosted on Vercel with automatic SSL. The compliance app uses patient IDs and case numbers — never patient names.
What states does TOM Analytics cover?
Facility data covers all 50 states. PIC (consultant) assignment data is currently available for Texas, with more states being added.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, for TOM Analytics — save approximately 16% with annual plans. TOM Compliance is currently monthly only.
