No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
What happens to our data?
You own your data. Export everything at any time, including activity history, through a one-click export. Retention follows applicable regulatory requirements for your facility and record type. State requirements vary, so confirm yours with your board and accreditor.
How is patient data handled?
TOM handles patient information as part of normal medication management workflows: order entry, case dispensing, incident reports, audit trails. TOM executes a BAA with your facility before any PHI is entered, and maintains Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our infrastructure providers. PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, and your facility retains data ownership.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings or contact us. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
How long is the free trial?
30 days. A payment method is required at signup but you won't be charged until day 31.
Who pays for TOM?
ASCs and operators can buy the direct facility plan at the published rate. Consultant pharmacy practices use the Agency Partner Program. An agency can begin with one ASC, and qualifying committed portfolios may receive preferred pricing and coordinated rollout terms. Exact agency terms are confirmed during the working demo.
Does TOM work on Apple devices?
TOM is browser-based, and iPad Safari is part of our automated compatibility testing. TOM is not currently a native App Store app. Broader Mac and iPhone validation is underway before we publish a full supported-device list.
What about EMR integration?
TOM MMS works alongside your EMR; it's your medication management layer, so most facilities don't need a direct integration. Order capture, sign-out, waste, reconciliation, audit, and reporting all happen inside TOM. If you eventually want EMR-side integration for order import, we'll review case-by-case.
