The direct facility plan is for ASCs and operators purchasing TOM for facilities they own or operate. The Agency Partner Program is a separate commercial path for consultant pharmacy practices deploying TOM with the ASCs they serve.
An agency can begin with one ASC. As committed scope grows, qualifying portfolios may receive preferred pricing and coordinated rollout terms. Exact terms are confirmed during the working demo.

Is TOM for one facility or an agency portfolio?

What happens during the extended demo?
The meeting uses sample data to review daily facility work, pharmacist review, agency visibility, reports, and the handoffs your team needs.

The committed facility scope, preferred-pricing eligibility, rollout sequence, responsibilities, and the standard agreement are confirmed before onboarding starts.
What happens during the onboarding month?
The onboarding period begins after the agreement is signed and covers account setup, agreed configuration, training, and introduction of the agreed initial facilities.
Who gets trained?
Agency owners, managers, or designated implementation leads are trained first. Pharmacists and facility teams are then introduced according to the agreed implementation sequence.
When does paid service begin?
Paid service begins on the agreed paid-start date, after the onboarding period defined in the signed agreement.
What happens after onboarding?

Does TOM change who is responsible for pharmacy work?
No. Facility staff remain responsible for daily work, administrators remain responsible for local operations, and pharmacists retain professional judgment and oversight.
Can an ASC keep the consultant pharmacist it already uses?
Yes. Collaboration with the ASC's existing consultant pharmacist is the preferred path.
Does TOM work on Apple devices?
TOM is browser-based, and iPad Safari is part of our automated compatibility testing. TOM is not currently a native App Store app. Broader Mac and iPhone validation is underway before we publish a full supported-device list.
